We were honored and excited to present our Entrepreneurial Meteorology initiative to meteorologists in Romania! In this presentation, we talk about:

• The role of meteorologists in society and how it has changed over time
• Why professional meteorologists should have an understanding of entrepreneurship
• How the process of doing science aligns with the process of thinking like an entrepreneur
• The tools and skills meteorologists need to be skilled in business
